The Vernon CNC 5-axis pipe cutting machine creates custom programs including and not limited to, penetrations with or without bevels, rectangular and circular cuts. Furthermore, the machine will cut 4 inch to 54 inch diameter pipe up to 2 inches thick and can hold a maximum of 50,000 lbs. The machine will cut with both plasma and acetylene.

The types of pre-programmed cuts include straight, saddles, miters, multiple intersections, centerline offsets, elbow supports, gusset slots, offshore "crowns", pipe-to-cone, overlapping pipe holes, reinforcing pads, and pressure vessel shell penetrations with circular and rectangular holes. All cuts conform to applicable AWS Welding Codes for tubular structures.

The CNC Plasma / Oxy-fuel table offers a variety of cutting, beveling, marking, and drilling options, available on multiple stations. CNC plasma cutting systems create the shapes to be cut and control the cutting machine. The resulting shapes are smoother than would be possible with a bandsaw, and can include intricate curves, inside cuts, and sharp corners. It cuts stainless steel, mild steel, brass, copper and aluminum from 1/16 of an inch to a 4 inch plate.

The bender / rolling machine is capable of bending round tubing, pipe, square tubing, angle iron, flat bar, and aluminum extrusions for windows, doors, storefronts, curtain walls, etc. We are able to bend a variety of metal alloys.

The Cincinnati Hydraulic Shear increases standard process times by eliminating manual torch cutting. It cuts mild steel from 3/16 to 3/4 of an inch thick up to 10 feet in length. It also cuts stainless steel and aluminum from 3/16 to 1/2 inch up to 10 feet in length. It is designed for the toughest plate shearing challenges.

The Atlantic Press Break enables highly accurate bends in a demanding environment. It is capable of a variety of angles up to 90 degrees in 1/16 to 3/4 inch plate up to 8 feet in length.

The Automated Submerged Arc Welder increases standard process times by eliminating manual welding. It will weld or seam day-long projects in 45 minutes or less. It can process pipe up to 54 inches in diameter with no limit in length. It creates a continuous, uncontaminated weld.

The Hyd-Mech M-16 Programmable Saw will cut up to 5 different programs in a variety of lengths and angles up to 45 degrees. It also cuts angle iron, square tubing, pipe, etc. in a vast array of metals up to 16 inches in diameter.
